Devon is one of the largest English counties and includes the whole of Dartmoor National Park and part of Exmoor. Its coastline embraces both the English Channel to the south and Bristol Channel northwards with contrasting seascapes. Exeter is the cathedral city having a very fine church with an eye-catching nave ceiling.
