Hampshire

Hampshire is a coastal county in the south of England and includes the naval port of Portsmouth, which is also a cathedral city, and Southampton. It has a second cathedral city; Winchester, which used to be the capital of England in Saxon times. The South Downs reach their highest point at Butser Hill near Petersfield.
