Rutland

Rutland is one of England's smallest counties, a distinction it shares with the Isle of Wight. The countryside is mainly agricultural, the main town being Oakham. Rutland Water, a man-made reservoir is central and the main A1 highway to the north skirts its eastern boundary. Its neighbours are Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.
